The Arms Sales Monitoring project works for restraint in the global production and trade of weapons.
Project staff prodece a newsletter, the Arms Sales Monitor, which reports on and analyzes United States government policies on conventional arms exports and military assistance.
The ASMP works in alliance with other Washington, DC based groups concerned about U.S. and global arms trading through the Arms Transfer Working Group.
The project also works with the media to highlight the impact and true costs U.S. and global arms sales.
